Our Practice
Our practice is unique; our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are also licensed special education teachers with professional work experience in the classroom. They bring their knowledge of the educational system into private practice.
One never really leaves the classroom, and with a love for working directly with children and families, our BCBAs are hands-on. They provide not only clinical oversight to behavior therapists, but also 1:1 therapy with your child.
Our BCBAs maintain small caseloads and work only within their areas of clinical expertise, so that we can provide you with exceptional treatment and care.
Our Treatment Philosophy
We believe kids should be kids. What's more child-like than play? Our treatment interventions are naturalistic and play based.
We believe that treatment should be socially significant. In other words, your child’s treatment will focus on skills that will improve the quality of his or her life and make a difference in the lives of those around him or her.
We believe that treatment should be individualized. Our therapeutic interventions are not a “one size fits all” approach.
We believe in collaboration. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a science, not a secret. We encourage you to participate in therapeutic sessions and caregiver coaching, so that you feel confident implementing the same behavioral interventions that we use with your child.
Finally, we believe in transparency and excellent customer service. Your child is your most precious asset. We’ll communicate quickly with you and be open and honest with you. We are on this journey together; you are not alone.
